About Us

Congregation Oheb Shalom is affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism.

We have a long and proud history as a Congregation Oheb Shalom. We are over 100 years old. Our Congregation was formally organized in 1905. We have owned our building since 1956. We are a small congregation and as such have not had a permanent Rabbi. Student Rabbis from the Hebrew Union College Rabbinical program in Cincinnati, Ohio conduct our Friday evening Shabbat Services and special events. We have a proud history of mentoring over 52 Student Rabbis in their journey to become Rabbis.

Our Temple has an active Sisterhood that is affiliated with the Women for Reform Judaism.

Our Congregation has a long and active history of participation in community charity and interfaith events.
