Chef Boyer has been serving the Firelands area in many capacities since the early l970's.
The former Baxter's Stonehouse chef also includes Ramone's, Providence Hospital, and Beulah Beach in his bio.
For the past 19 years, he has been a culinary instructor at Vanguard School in Fremont.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Boyer and his son, Nathan Gonyer-a graduate of Sullivan Culinary School--are excited to be able to offer various cooking classes, beginning in January, 2013!
Classes will range from Cooking 101, Couples Cooking, Single Father Cooking, Parent/Child Cooking, Home Cooking to a Multi-Course Gourmet Cooking and Dining experience.
Class size will range from 8-12 people, with most classes running 3-4 hours. (Parent/Child class will be approx 2 hours)
